How do I regain access to my PNC account? ›

If you forget your Password, you can reset it online with your debit card information or a phone number that you have enrolled through Online Banking. If you forget your User ID, you will need to contact us directly by either calling us or stopping into any of our PNC Branches to obtain this information.

PNC Bank will automatically increase your credit limit no more than once every six months. If you'd rather not wait around for an automatic credit limit increase, PNC Bank also offers the option to request an increase yourself. You can do this every as often as you want.

PNC Easy Lock® is not a replacement for reporting your card lost or stolen. Report a card lost or stolen through Online Banking or the PNC Mobile app.
