  • 1 Batch of Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal Recipe
  • ¼ cup Cold water
  • 1 tablespoon Unflavored gelatin
  • ¼ cup Warm water
  • cup Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Place the cold water into a mixing bowl, and sprinkle the gelatin over it, do not stir.

  • In a saucepan, add the ¼ cup of warm water and the Swerve sweetener. Bring the mixture to a boil, and boil low for 2 minutes.

  • Remove the mixture from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.

  • Immediately start beating the gelatin mixture on medium, and pour the heated mixture into it quickly.

  • Beat the mixture on high until it becomes frothy and forms stiff peaks.

  • Place the cinnamon toast crunch cereal into a mixing bowl, and toss it with the marshmallow mixture quickly and completely.

  • Press the mixture into the bottom of a well greased loaf pan. Allow it to sit at room temperature for 1 hour, and then set in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours before slicing and serving.
