YOU WILL VIBE WITH US
We are seeking an In-House Lawyer to vibe with us. This is a great opportunity to be part of our Legal team: we are passionate, business oriented, team players and the work-life balance means a great deal to us.

Together with us – the other lawyers in the team – and having our full support to fully understand the business, you will provide legal assistance for two companies: Edenred Romania and Benefit Systems, with focus on commercial and civil law, as well as on labour topics, to ensure compliance of company’s goals and projects with internal policies and procedures and current legal regulations.

YOU WILL BE IN CHARGE OF
– advising on day-to-day legal queries from colleagues, clients and other business partners, with focus on the commercial, civil, vouchers and labour topics;
– formulating opinions on the interpretation of laws and regulations applicable to the business (for example, without limitation, corporate governance, commercial contracts, employment matters, data privacy, payment legislation);
– negotiating, drafting and revising contracts with clients, merchants and providers;
– reviewing advertising and marketing materials to ensure that they are in compliance with legal requirements;
– providing training to the employees by supporting classroom and / or online courses on legal topics;
– representing the Company in the relation with the Trade Register;
– occasionally representing the rights and the legal interests of the company in front of the courts (debts recovery, insolvencies)
– monitoring the relevant legislation.

WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU
What you need to be suitable for this job:
– bachelor’s degree in law;
– member of the Bar – fully qualified lawyer;
– at least 5-7 years of experience in civil law and commercial law, preferable in a law firm;
– at least 3 years of experience in labour legislation;
– good legal theorist;
– strong attention to details;
-good decision-making capability and critical thinking ability is required;
– excellent listening qualities and ability to persuade others;
– excellent verbal communication skills;
– excellent organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
– a team player;
– ability to build trust and good relationships with the legal team, internal and external clients;
– ability to work independently with little or no supervision;
– fluent in English;
– willingness for professionally improvement and development.
Languages required: Romanian & English.
